Our heart is full of secrets, painful memories and also, joyful ones! We can choose to look to our inner self leaning on the wisdom of God! Laying down to him all our dreams, hopes, pain and anxiety. Only then we are able to overcome the pain. He is alwayas willing to help you!( How amazing is that?!)

Nosso coração está cheio de segredos, lembranças dolorosas e também alegres! Podemos escolher olhar para o nosso eu interior apoiando-nos na sabedoria de Deus! Entregando a ele todos os nossos sonhos, esperanças, dores e ansiedades. Só assim venceremos a dor.

If you are not doing so well lately, struggling in your own battles, I hope this post bring you some comfort!
Today I was reflecting about some of my current struggles and wondering: Why do we have, in some seasons of life, the same battle over and over?!
Life is hard, we know. We all have our own issues and we have to figure things out, eventually. But, what I was trying to understand, while I talked with God was: Why this same battle everytime? Can’t you give me something different?! After I asked this dumb question to God, I realized that, it is not so bad that God is giving me the same battles everytime. At least, I am becoming better in trusting Him on this matter, and if I think about it, my battles could be worse. So I stopped complaining.
I immediately remembered this passage, in James 1, that says:
“Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way.
5-8 If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get his help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought. People who “worry their prayers” are like wind-whipped waves. Don’t think you’re going to get anything from the Master that way, adrift at sea, keeping all your options open.“
This passage makes it very clear that we are not suffering in vain! Actually, it is a privilege to suffer under God’s will!! When we choose to live a life that pleases God and we are walking with Him, the tests will come, it is part of the training. God is disciplining us like his true children , so we can be like He is: holy! The good news is that we can always ask for help. He is willing to help us in every situation, we just need to ask in faith!
Nothing that we are going through is without a purpose, God has a plan and a right time for everything! Remember that every time you feel discouraged by the battles you are facing: We are being trained, perfected by the flames of afliction, to be strong and courageous, like God created us to be!
And when we finally overcome the struggle we are facing now, we will be able to help others, encouraging and guiding them into the right direction! The challenges we overcome in every area, gives us the authority to live well and wisely, helping others, who are dealing with the same issues. That’s what we are called to do, as body of Christ!
Hebrews 12:7-8/11:13 says:
“God is educating you; that’s why you must never drop out. He’s treating you as dear children. This trouble you’re in isn’t punishment; it’s training, the normal experience of children. Only irresponsible parents leave children to fend for themselves. Would you prefer an irresponsible God? We respect our own parents for training and not spoiling us, so why not embrace God’s training so we can truly live? While we were children, our parents did what seemed best to them. But God is doing what is best for us, training us to live God’s holy best. At the time, discipline isn’t much fun. It always feels like it’s going against the grain. Later, of course, it pays off big-time, for it’s the well-trained who find themselves mature in their relationship with God.
So don’t sit around on your hands! No more dragging your feet! Clear the path for long-distance runners so no one will trip and fall, so no one will step in a hole and sprain an ankle. Help each other out. And run for it!“
Every time you feel tempted to give up, that you feel overhelmed, just remember and declare this passage over you! God gave us His Word as a sword, we can use it in our battles, fighting back all the pain, disbelief and dispair the enemy wants to throw in our direction! Lift up you shield of faith and keep walking! God has enable us to do it!
I pray this will stengthen your heart and that God will give you the wisdom and faith to overcome your battles, using all the spiritual weapons He already gave us! Don’t lose heart friend, keep fighting, we will get there!

With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” (Ephesians 6:12-18)
Qual é o propósito do sofrimento?!
Ei, amigo! Como você está?
Se você não está indo tão bem ultimamente, lutando suas próprias batalhas, espero que este post lhe traga algum conforto!
Hoje eu estava refletindo sobre algumas das minhas lutas e me perguntando: Por que nós enfrentamos, em algumas épocas da vida, a mesma batalha repetidas vezes?!
A vida é dura, eu sei. Todos nós temos nossos próprios problemas e temos que descobrir como lidar com eles, eventualmente. Mas, o que eu estava tentando entender, enquanto eu conversava com Deus, era: “Por que essa mesma batalha todas as vezes? Você não pode me dar algo diferente?!” Depois que eu fiz essa pergunta idiota a Deus, percebi que não é tão ruim assim o fato de que Deus está me dando as mesmas batalhas, repetidamente. Pelo menos, eu estou me tornando melhor em confiar nEle neste assunto e, se eu pensar bem sobre isso, minhas batalhas poderiam ser piores. Então eu resolvi parar de reclamar.
Imediatamente, eu me lembrei desta passagem, em Tiago 1, que diz:
“Meus irmãos, considerem motivo de grande alegria sempre que passarem por qualquer tipo de provação, 3 pois sabem que, quando sua fé é provada, a perseverança tem a oportunidade de crescer. 4 E é necessário que ela cresça, pois quando estiver plenamente desenvolvida vocês serão maduros[a] e completos, sem que nada lhes falte.
5 Se algum de vocês precisar de sabedoria, peça a nosso Deus generoso, e receberá. Ele não os repreenderá por pedirem. 6 Mas, quando pedirem, façam-no com fé, sem vacilar, pois aquele que duvida é como a onda do mar, empurrada e agitada pelo vento. 7 Ele não deve esperar receber coisa alguma do Senhor, 8 pois tem a mente dividida e é instável em tudo que faz.“
Esta passagem deixa bem claro que não estamos sofrendo em vão! Na verdade, é um privilégio sofrer sob a vontade de Deus!! Quando escolhemos viver uma vida que agrada a Deus e estamos caminhando com Ele, as provas virão, faz parte do treinamento. Deus está nos disciplinando como seus verdadeiros filhos, para que possamos ser como Ele é: santo! A boa notícia é que sempre podemos pedir ajuda. Ele está disposto a nos ajudar em todas as situações, só precisamos pedir com fé!
Nada do que estamos passando é sem propósito, Deus tem um plano e um tempo certo para tudo! Lembre-se disso toda vez que você se sentir desencorajado pelas batalhas que está enfrentando: Estamos sendo treinados, aperfeiçoados pela fornalha da aflição, para sermos fortes e corajosos, como Deus nos criou para ser e isso nos habilita para o nosso futuro!
E quando finalmente superarmos a luta que estamos enfrentando agora, poderemos ajudar os outros, incentivando-os e guiando-os na direção certa! Os desafios que superamos em todas as áreas nos dão autoridade para viver e sabedoria, ajudando outros que estão lidando com os mesmos problemas. É isso que somos chamados a fazer, como corpo de Cristo!
Hebreus 12:7-8/ 11:13 diz:
“Enquanto suportam essa disciplina de Deus, lembrem-se de que ele os trata como filhos. Quem já ouviu falar de um filho que nunca foi disciplinado pelo pai? 8 Se Deus não os disciplina como faz com todos os seus filhos, significa que vocês não são filhos de verdade, mas ilegítimos.”(...) “Nenhuma disciplina é agradável no momento em que é aplicada; ao contrário, é dolorosa. Mais tarde, porém, produz uma colheita de vida justa e de paz para os que assim são corrigidos.12 Portanto, revigorem suas mãos cansadas e seus joelhos enfraquecidos. 13 Façam caminhos retos para seus pés a fim de que os mancos não caiam, mas sejam fortalecido.”
Toda vez que você se sentir tentado a desistir, que você se sentir sobrecarregado, apenas lembre-se e declare esta passagem sobre você! Deus nos deu Sua Palavra como uma espada, podemos usá-la em nossas batalhas, lutando contra toda dor, descrença e desespero que o inimigo quer lançar em nossa direção! Levante seu escudo de fé e continue caminhando! Deus nos capacitou para isso!
Eu oro para que essa palavra fortaleça seu coração e que Deus lhe dê sabedoria e fé para vencer suas batalhas, usando todas as armas espirituais que Ele já te deu! Não perca o ânimo, amigo. Continue lutando, nós chegaremos lá!
12 Pois nós não lutamos[b] contra inimigos de carne e sangue, mas contra governantes e autoridades do mundo invisível, contra grandes poderes neste mundo de trevas e contra espíritos malignos nas esferas celestiais.
13Portanto, vistam toda a armadura de Deus, para que possam resistir ao inimigo no tempo do mal. Então, depois da batalha, vocês continuarão de pé e firmes. 14 Assim, mantenham sua posição, colocando o cinto da verdade e a couraça da justiça. 15 Como calçados, usem a paz das boas-novas, para que estejam inteiramente preparados.[c]16 Em todas as situações, levantem o escudo da fé, para deter as flechas de fogo do maligno. 17 Usem a salvação como capacete e empunhem a espada do Espírito, que é a palavra de Deus.18 Orem no Espírito em todos os momentos e ocasiões. Permaneçam atentos e sejam persistentes em suas orações por todo o povo santo.” (Efésios 6:12-18)
“Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies [dedicating all of yourselves, set apart] as a living sacrifice, holy and well-pleasing to God, which is your rational (logical, intelligent) act of worship. 2 And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you].( Romans 12:1-2)
What it means to offer a rational act of worship to God?
As Christians, we are called to live in an intentional way. A way that reflects Jesus in us, His character and love. So, how do we do that?
Romans 12 gives us a key: We need to renew our minds, so we do not conform and live as the world does(because they does not know Christ!). How do we know God? How do we know who is Jesus? We need to dive into the Word!
Spending time with our bible, is one of the most important thing we can do as followers of Christ, if we want to develop a mature and intentional faith in God!
However, if we just study the bible with the goal of human knowledge, we are going to fail. We need our Counselour and helper, the Holy Spirit, to guide us and open our eyes so we can trully see what the words and directions of the bible really means and put them into practice.
There are a lot of preaching out there, that uses fragments of the Word of God, that uses Jesus and pieces of the Gospel in a twisted way. They take a portion of the truth and then, they mixed it up with lies cretead by men(created first by demons and sowed in the minds of men) to trick you and lead you to the wrong path.
If you don’t know God and His Word, how you are going to recognize the truth? There are a lot of arguments out there, things that sounds like truth( outside but also inside of the church) but are actually big lies from the enemy, to take people out of the true way: Jesus Christ.
If we want to be mature Christians, with a solid and rooted faith, we need to spend time with God, reading our bible, praying, fasting and listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit!
The Word warns us that, in the end of times, it would be people announcing “Oh, here is the Christ, or there he is!”. A lot of people twisting weaked minds, telling that they found out the way and want to guide us, but they are more lost than ever. So how we going to identify the truth if we don’t know it, completely?
We are in terrible danger if we don’t know what the Word of God teachs us, what are it’s guidelines, because people will use it out there, to tricks us and drag us to their weaked ways of living and thinking. Be aware!
“Then if anyone says to you [during the great tribulation], ‘Look! Here is the Christ,’ or ‘There He is,’ do not believe it. 24 For false Christs and false prophets will appear and they will provide great signs and wonders, so as to deceive, if possible, even the elect (God’s chosen ones).” Mathew 24:23
“2 1-2 But there were also lying prophets among the people then, just as there will be lying religious teachers among you. They’ll smuggle in destructive divisions, pitting you against each other—biting the hand of the One who gave them a chance to have their lives back! They’ve put themselves on a fast downhill slide to destruction, but not before they recruit a crowd of mixed-up followers who can’t tell right from wrong.
2-3 They give the way of truth a bad name. They’re only out for themselves. They’ll say anything, anything, that sounds good to exploit you. They won’t, of course, get by with it. They’ll come to a bad end, for God has never just stood by and let that kind of thing go on.”(2Peter 1-3)
God also gave us abilities and a calling, so we could be one body, under the authority of Christ, the head! Our unity, as Christians, is also indispensable for our growth in faith. When we have communion with those that share the same faith, we can encourage, correct and develop one another, as we walk in honest and mature relationship with the body of Christ.
We all have specific ways to contribute with the wisdom that comes from the Word, we are different but also suplemental, in the spiritual and institutional church of Christ:
“And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds[c] and teachers,[d]12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood,[e] to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, 14 so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. 15 Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ(…)”( Ephesians 4:11-15)
My prayer today is that, we seek first the communion with God, daily, through prayer, spending time in the Scripture and also that we seek to walk in communion with the body of Christ, discerning everything that is being said and taught! That we become able to identify what is truth from false doctrine and teachings, that can be teach inside of the Christian community, on social media but also inside of the church!
Don’t be deceit by “religous talk and appearance” but be rooted in the Word of God, so you can discern what it’s true, real, based on the bible. Let’s seek to be mature in faith, to grow stronger in our idenity as sons and daughter, co-heirs with Christ, knowing always that our anchor and north is the Word, not people’s opinions and false teachings!
“God’s words are pure words, Pure silver words refined seven times In the fires of his word-kiln, Pure on earth as well as in heaven. God, keep us safe from their lies, From the wicked who stalk us with lies, From the wicked who collect honors For their wonderful lies.”( Psalm 12:6-8)
“God, teach me lessons for living so I can stay the course. Give me insight so I can do what you tell me— my whole life one long, obedient response. Guide me down the road of your commandments; I love traveling this freeway! Give me an appetite for your words of wisdom, and not for piling up loot. Divert my eyes from toys and trinkets, invigorate me on the pilgrim way. Affirm your promises to me— promises made to all who fear you. Deflect the harsh words of my critics— but what you say is always so good. See how hungry I am for your counsel; preserve my life through your righteous ways!” ( Psalm 119:33-40)
“Portanto, irmãos, rogo-lhes pelas misericórdias de Deus que se ofereçam em sacrifício vivo, santo e agradável a Deus; este é o culto racional de vocês. 2 Não se amoldem ao padrão deste mundo, mas transformem-se pela renovação da sua mente, para que sejam capazes de experimentar e comprovar a boa, agradável e perfeita vontade de Deus.(Romanos 12:1-2)
O que significa oferecer um culto racional de adoração a Deus? Como cristãos, somos chamados a viver de maneira intencional. Um caminho que reflete Jesus em nós, Seu caráter e amor. Então, como fazemos isso?
Romanos 12 nos dá uma chave: Precisamos renovar nossas mentes, para não nos conformarmos e vivermos como o mundo vive (porque eles não conhecem a Cristo!). Como conhecemos a Deus? Como sabemos quem é Jesus? Precisamos mergulhar na Palavra!
Passar tempo com a nossa bíblia é uma das coisas mais importantes que podemos fazer como seguidores de Cristo, se queremos desenvolver uma fé madura e intencional em Deus! No entanto, se apenas estudarmos a Bíblia com o objetivo de desenvolver conhecimento humano, vamos falhar. Precisamos de nosso Conselheiro e ajudador, o Espírito Santo, para nos guiar e abrir nossos olhos para que possamos ver verdadeiramente o que as palavras e orientações da Bíblia realmente significam e colocá-las em prática.
Há muitas pregações e discursos por aí, que usam fragmentos da Palavra de Deus, que usam Jesus e pedaços do Evangelho de forma distorcida. Eles pegam uma parte da verdade e depois misturam com mentiras criadas por homens (criadas primeiro por demônios e semeadas na mente dos homens) para enganá-lo e levá-lo ao caminho errado.
Se você não conhece a Deus e Sua Palavra, como você vai reconhecer a verdade? Existem muitos argumentos por aí, coisas que soam como verdades (fora, mas também dentro da igreja), mas que na verdade são grandes mentiras do inimigo, para tirar as pessoas do verdadeiro caminho: Jesus Cristo.
Se queremos ser cristãos maduros, com uma fé sólida e enraizada, precisamos passar tempo com Deus, lendo nossa bíblia, orando, jejuando e ouvindo a voz do Espírito Santo!
A Palavra nos adverte que, no fim dos tempos, teriam pessoas anunciando “Ah, aqui está o Cristo, ou lá está ele!”. Muita gente torcendo a verdade e enganando mentes enfraquecidas, anunciando “o caminho”, querendo nos guiar, mas elas estão mais perdidas do que nunca. Então, como vamos identificar a verdade se não a conhecemos completamente?
Corremos um grande perigo se não soubermos o que a Palavra de Deus ensina, quais são suas diretrizes, porque as pessoas vão usá-la lá fora, para nos enganar e nos arrastar para seus modos fracos de viver e pensar. Esteja alerta e ciente disso!
“4 Jesus respondeu: “Cuidado, que ninguém os engane. 5 Pois muitos virão em meu nome, dizendo: ‘Eu sou o Cristo!’ e enganarão a muitos.” (Matheus 24:4-5))
“Se, então, alguém lhes disser: ‘Vejam, aqui está o Cristo!’ ou: ‘Ali está ele!’, não acreditem. 24 Pois aparecerão falsos cristos e falsos profetas que realizarão grandes sinais e maravilhas para, se possível, enganar até os eleitos. 25 Vejam que eu os avisei antecipadamente.“(Matheus 24:23-24)
“2 No passado surgiram falsos profetas no meio do povo, como também surgirão entre vocês falsos mestres. Estes introduzirão secretamente heresias destruidoras, chegando a negar o Soberano que os resgatou, trazendo sobre si mesmos repentina destruição. 2 Muitos seguirão os caminhos vergonhosos desses homens e, por causa deles, será difamado o caminho da verdade. 3 Em sua cobiça, tais mestres os explorarão com histórias que inventaram. Há muito tempo a sua condenação paira sobre eles, e a sua destruição não tarda.”( 2 Pedro 2: 1-3)
Deus também nos deu habilidades e um chamado, para que pudéssemos ser um corpo, sob a autoridade de Cristo, o cabeça! A nossa unidade como cristãos, também é indispensável para o nosso crescimento na fé. Quando temos comunhão com aqueles que compartilham a mesma fé, podemos encorajar, corrigir e desenvolver uns aos outros, enquanto caminhamos em um relacionamento honesto e maduro com o corpo de Cristo.
Todos nós temos formas específicas de contribuir com a sabedoria que vem da Palavra, somos diferentes, mas também complementares, na igreja espiritual e institucional de Cristo:
“E ele designou alguns para apóstolos, outros para profetas, outros para evangelistas, e outros para pastores e mestres, 12 com o fim de preparar os santos para a obra do ministério, para que o corpo de Cristo seja edificado, 13 até que todos alcancemos a unidade da fé e do conhecimento do Filho de Deus, e cheguemos à maturidade, atingindo a medida da plenitude de Cristo. 14O propósito é que não sejamos mais como crianças, levados de um lado para outro pelas ondas, nem jogados para cá e para lá por todo vento de doutrina e pela astúcia e esperteza de homens que induzem ao erro. 15 Antes, seguindo a verdade em amor, cresçamos em tudo naquele que é a cabeça, Cristo.( Efésios 4:11-15)
Minha oração hoje é que busquemos primeiro a comunhão com Deus, diariamente, através da oração e do tempo investido nas Escrituras e também que busquemos caminhar em comunhão com o corpo de Cristo, discernindo tudo o que está sendo dito e ensinado, para que possamos identificar o que é verdade e o que é falsa doutrina, que pode ser ensinada dentro da comunidade cristã( especialmente nas redes sociais, mas também nos púlpitos).
Não se engane com “conversas e aparências religiosas”, mas esteja enraizado na Palavra de Deus, para que você possa discernir o que é verdadeiro e real, alinhado com a Palavra. Busquemos amadurecer na fé, crescendo mais fortes em nossa identidade como filhos e filhas, co-herdeiros de Cristo, sabendo sempre que nossa âncora e norte é a Palavra, não as opiniões e falsos ensinamentos das pessoas!
“As palavras do Senhor são puras, são como prata purificada num forno, sete vezes refinada.
7 Senhor, tu nos guardarás seguros, e dessa gente nos protegerás para sempre. 8 Os ímpios andam altivos por toda parte, quando a corrupção é exaltada entre os homens.”(Salmos 12:6-8)
“Ensina-me, Senhor, o caminho dos teus decretos, e a eles obedecerei até o fim. 34 Dá-me entendimento, para que eu guarde a tua lei e a ela obedeça de todo o coração. 35 Dirige-me pelo caminho dos teus mandamentos, pois nele encontro satisfação. 36 Inclina o meu coração para os teus estatutos, e não para a ganância. 37 Desvia os meus olhos das coisas inúteis; faze-me viver nos caminhos que traçaste.[b] 38 Cumpre a tua promessa para com o teu servo, para que sejas temido. 39 Livra-me da afronta que me apavora, pois as tuas ordenanças são boas. 40 Como anseio pelos teus preceitos! Hello dear reader! How are you doing today? I hope you are doing great!
I don’t know about you, but I love the wisdom and dark humor of Ecclesiastes! It really helps me to think more carefully about the value of life and also that I’ll never fully understand it, because I don’t have all the answers in this present time.
The wise man behind these words, Solomon, the wisest man that ever existed, said that even he couldn’t comprehend some situations and evil that were happening all the time on the earth. However, what he made very clear is that, God is Sovereign. He rules over all. In good days or bad days, God is still in control. This is recomforting, right?
Actually, what God is telling me these past days, through this amazing book of the bible, is: Enjoy more your season, enjoy (and be grateful for) your present time, because there are precious opportunities and learnings in the present, in what you are living right now!
Sometimes, I struggle to enjoy today, because I am worrying about what may or may not happen tomorrow. Do you recognize this kind of feeling?
Every day is a GIFT, like it says in the Word! What we are living right now will never come back, so let’s make the best of it, right? The people we have in our lives today, may be not here in the future. The places, the communion, the opportunities to share the Love of God, that we have today, are unique and we should grab it, joyfully!
Let’s remember that good days are made for us, to enjoy it! And the bad days exist to teach us to depend on God’s Sovereignity, standing our ground in faith. In the both kinds of days, we are learning and growing( more in the bad days than the goods, to be honest). The Word of God prevails, no matter the circumstances.
Today, I just want to encourage you the live the fullness of what God is offering you. Love people around you today. Take care of you today. Enjoy some rest, today. Be grateful for your life, that you are holding on, today.
One day at the time, we don’t need to hurry up. Our Father is the owner of time, He is above of any situation, and He loves to take care you us!
Let’s enjoy the opportunities we have in this present moment and learn the better we can with this season of our lives, because it will never coming back.

Olá, querido leitor! Como você tem passado? Espero que bem =)
Eu não sei você, mas eu amo a sabedoria e o humor negro de Eclesiastes! Esse livro realmente me ajuda a pensar com mais cuidado sobre o valor da vida e também refletir no fato deque eu nunca a entenderei completamente, porque eu não tenho todas as respostas neste momento.
O sábio por trás dessas reflexões, Salomão, disse que mesmo ele não conseguia compreender algumas situações e males que estavam acontecendo o tempo todo na terra. No entanto, o que ele deixou bem claro é que Deus é Soberano. Em dias bons ou em dias ruins, Deus ainda está no controle. Isso é reconfortante, certo?
Na verdade, o que Deus está me dizendo nestes últimos dias, através deste incrível livro da bíblia, é: “Aproveite mais a sua temporada, aproveite (e seja grata) pelo seu tempo presente, porque há oportunidades e aprendizados preciosos no presente, no que você está vivendo agora!”
Às vezes, eu tenho dificuldades aproveitar o hoje, porque me preocupo com o que pode ou não acontecer amanhã. Você reconhece esse sentimento?
Todo dia é um PRESENTE, como diz a Palavra! O que estamos vivendo agora nunca mais vai voltar, então vamos aproveitar ao máximo, certo? As pessoas que temos em nossas vidas hoje, podem não estar aqui no futuro. Os lugares, a comunhão, as oportunidades de compartilhar o Amor de Deus, que temos hoje, são únicos e devemos agarrá-lo, com alegria!
Lembremos que os dias bons são feitos para aproveitar. E os dias ruins existem para nos ensinar a depender da Soberania de Deus, mantendo-nos firmes na fé. Nos dois tipos de dias estamos aprendendo e crescendo (mais nos dias ruins do que nos bons, para ser sincera). A Palavra de Deus permanece, independente das circunstancias.
Hoje eu só quero te encorajar a viver a plenitude do que Deus está te oferecendo. Ame as pessoas ao seu redor hoje. Cuide de você hoje. Descanse um pouco, hoje. Seja grato por sua vida, porque você está de pé, hoje.
Um dia de cada vez, não precisamos nos apressar. Nosso Pai é o dono do tempo, Ele está acima de qualquer situação, e ama cuidar de nós.
Vamos aproveitar as oportunidades que nós temos neste tempo presente e aprender o máximo que pudermos com esta época das nossas vidas, porque ela nunca mais voltará.

Aprecie a vida com o cônjuge que você ama Todos os dias de sua vida precária. Cada dia é um presente de Deus. É tudo que você recebe em troca Pelo árduo trabalho de permanecer vivo. Aproveite ao máximo cada um! O que quer que apareça, pegue-o e faça-o. E de coração! Esta é sua última e única chance para isso, Pois não há trabalho a fazer nem pensamentos a pensar Na companhia dos mortos, para onde você certamente está indo.” (Eclesiastes 9:7-10)
This week, going through my notes, I found something that caught my attention, because it was a great lesson for me(and still is). So I decided to share here, because I think that it is a struggle to a lot of people, as it was for me!
So, here is the thing: My whole life I always felt that I was running against time and I was always late! It sounds familiar?!
Like the hurried rabbit from “Alice in wonderland”, I was always carrying that feeling of “I need to hurry up, I’m late!”
Every season of my life, in the past, I felt like the time was running against me and I would never be able to keep it up! When I enter the college with 21 years old, I felt I was late, because most of the people in my classroom was 18. The interest thing is: we started with 28 people and I graduate with only 6 of them!(Most of them quit or was behind in their grades).
At that time, I did not realize that being young(most of the time) also means being imature and inconsistant! In life, we need some time to grow and learn with our experinces and failures! Being young can be good to certain things but, the wisdom we need to succeed only comes with time, a lot of time!
So, my point here is: I don’t know if you feel frustrated like I felt with the passage of time, maybe you feel like you are too young or too old to do certain things or you feel like the time is running against you! This is simply not true. There’s still time for you!
Sometimes, we get to a certain point in life (usually after 30’s, right?) where we ask ourselves: Shouldn’t I be “successful” by now? ! Have a house, car, stability, family or whatever? (You can fill this sentence with some of other aspirations you may have)
Either way, I want to encourage you with this: God has a plan and a purpose for every season of our lives! No matter how old we are! No matter what is our struggle right now!
Don”t let this mindset of “I am running out of time!” overtakes you, like it did to me. You are where you are for a reason and, eventually, things and seasons will change! What it’s important in all this is: being wise and intentional with the time you have today!
If you don’t like the season you are right now, use your frustration to build some strength and to invest in things that will help you to be prepared for the next season! Learn from your failures, listen to people wiser and more mature than you. We can always learn from other’s mistakes, so we can do better!
God is the reedemer of our time! He keep our lives together! You are not too late, there is hope in your future. Don’t forget that! And if sometimes you do, you can always run to the Word to remember the truth, declaring it over you and being restored in your hope and strength!
Thinking about that, and how these affirmations always helps me to get back on track, I’ll share some of these here, so it can help you everytime you need! Write it down and declare it out loud everytime you feel discouraged!
“I am created on purpose for a purpose!”
““Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5
“No man or woman is the keeper of my destiny, only God is!”
“The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? 7 The Lord is with me; he is my helper. I look in triumph on my enemies.” (Psalm 118:6-7)
I give all my concerns to God, because He is faithful to see me through them!”
“6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” 1Peter 5:6-7
I am a child of God!
“I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.” (2Corinthians 6:18)
“Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. 2 Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits— 3 who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, 4 who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, 5 who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” (Psalm 103:1-5)
I hope it frees you from the weight of expectations, that the world puts over you. That it encourages you to keep believing in God’s dreams for you!

Esta semana, revirando as minhas anotações, eu encontrei algo que me chamou a atenção e me lembrou de uma lição importante! Por isso eu resolvi compartilhá-la aqui, pois acho que essa é uma luta que muitas pessoas enfrentam, assim como eu!
Então, eis a questão: Toda a minha vida eu sempre senti que estava correndo contra o tempo e eu estava sempre atrasada!
Como o coelho apressado em Alice no país das maravilhas, eu sempre carreguei aquele sentimento de “Preciso me apressar, estou atrasada!”
Em todas as estações da minha vida, no passado, eu sempre senti que o tempo estava correndo contra mim e eu nunca seria capaz de alcançá-lo!
Quando entrei na faculdade com 21 anos, por exemplo, eu senti que já estava atrasada, porque a maioria das pessoas na minha sala de aula tinha 18 anos mais ou menos. O interessante é que, nós começamos com 28 pessoas e me formei com apenas 6 delas!(A maioria desistiu ou ficou pelo caminho.)
Naquela época, eu não sabia que ser jovem (na maioria das vezes) também significa ser imaturo e inconsistente! Na vida, precisamos de algum tempo para amadurecer, aprendendo com as nossas experiências e fracassos!
Ser jovem pode ser bom para certas coisas, mas a sabedoria que precisamos para ter sucesso na vida só vem com o tempo, muito tempo!
Então, a questão que eu quero levantar com tudo isso é: Não sei se você se sente frustrado como eu me senti com o passar do tempo, se você se sente muito jovem ou velho demais para fazer certas coisas ou talvez você sinta que o tempo está correndo contra você! Isso simplesmente não é verdade. Ainda há tempo!
Às vezes, chegamos a um certo ponto da vida(geralmente depois dos 30 rs) e nos perguntamos: Já não era pra eu ser “bem-sucedido” a essa altura?! Ter casa, carro, estabilidade, família, falar 3 línguas e blá blá blá?(Você pode preencher essa frase com outras aspirações).
Não deixe essa mentalidade de “estou ficando sem tempo!” te dominar, como aconteceu comigo. Você está onde está por uma razão e, eventualmente, as coisas e as estações vão mudar! O importante é que em tudo isso podemos escolher sermos sábios e intencionais com o tempo que temos hoje!
Se você não gosta da temporada em que está agora, use sua frustração para ganhar força e investir em coisas que o ajudarão a se preparar para a próxima temporada! Aprenda com seus fracassos, ouça pessoas mais sábias e maduras que você. Sempre podemos aprender com os erros dos outros, para que possamos fazer melhor!
De qualquer forma, quero encorajá-lo com essa verdade: Deus tem um plano e um propósito para cada estação das nossas vidas! Não importa qual a nossa idade! Não importa qual seja a nossa luta agora!
Deus é o redentor do nosso tempo! Ele mantém nossas vidas de pé! Você não está atrasado, há esperança em seu futuro. Não se esqueça disso!
E se, às vezes, você se sentir assim, você sempre pode correr para a Palavra para lembrar e reafirmar a verdade, declarando-a sobre você e sendo restaurado em esperança e força!
Pensando nisso e, em como essas afirmações sempre me ajudam a voltar aos trilhos, eu vou compartilhar algumas delas aqui, para que isso possa ajudá-lo sempre que você precisar! Anote e declare-as em voz alta toda vez que se sentir desanimado!
“Eu fui criado de propósito para um propósito!”

“Louve ao Senhor, ó minha alma; todo o meu ser, louve o seu santo nome. 2 Louve ao Senhor, minha alma, e não esqueça de todos os seus benefícios— 3 É ele que perdoa todos os seus pecados e cura todas as suas doenças, 4 quem redime sua vida do poço > e coroa você com amor e compaixão, 5 que satisfaz seus desejos com coisas boas para que sua juventude seja renovada como a da águia.” (Salmo 103:1-5)

Hey you! How are you doing these days? I hope you are doing well but, in case you are not, I want to encourage to give a deep thought about it: The processes of life that causes us pain!
It could be a variety of situations, including: Loss, loneliness, lack of purpose or an ilness, for example! All of us already face it or will face it, eventually!
However, a wise man, long time ago, wrote that pain and lost can be good to our souls! This kind of experience teachs us to face life from another perspective, more deeply aware of what it valuable and what is not. I hope it encouges you:
“A good name is better than fine perfume, and the day of death better than the day of birth. 2 It is better to go to a house of mourning than to go to a house of feasting, for death is the destiny of everyone; the living should take this to heart. 3 Frustration is better than laughter, because a sad face is good for the heart. 4 The heart of the wise is in the house of mourning, but the heart of fools is in the house of pleasure. 5 It is better to heed the rebuke of a wise person than to listen to the song of fools. 6 Like the crackling of thorns under the pot, so is the laughter of fools. This too is meaningless.
7 Extortion turns a wise person into a fool, and a bribe corrupts the heart.
8 The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride. 9 Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools.
10 Do not say, “Why were the old days better than these?” For it is not wise to ask such questions.
11 Wisdom, like an inheritance, is a good thing and benefits those who see the sun. 12 Wisdom is a shelter as money is a shelter, but the advantage of knowledge is this: Wisdom preserves those who have it.
13 Consider what God has done:
Who can straighten what he has made crooked? 14 When times are good, be happy; but when times are bad, consider this: God has made the one as well as the other. Therefore, no one can discover anything about their future.
15 In this meaningless life of mine I have seen both of these:
the righteous perishing in their righteousness, and the wicked living long in their wickedness. 16 Do not be overrighteous, neither be overwise— why destroy yourself? 17 Do not be overwicked, and do not be a fool— why die before your time? 18 It is good to grasp the one and not let go of the other. Whoever fears God will avoid all extremes.
19 Wisdom makes one wise person more powerful than ten rulers in a city.
20 Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins.
21 Do not pay attention to every word people say, or you may hear your servant cursing you— 22 for you know in your heart that many times you yourself have cursed others.
23 All this I tested by wisdom and I said,
“I am determined to be wise”— but this was beyond me. 24 Whatever exists is far off and most profound— who can discover it? 25 So I turned my mind to understand, to investigate and to search out wisdom and the scheme of things and to understand the stupidity of wickedness and the madness of folly.
26I find more bitter than death the woman who is a snare, whose heart is a trap and whose hands are chains. The man who pleases God will escape her, but the sinner she will ensnare.
27 “Look,” says the Teacher, “this is what I have discovered:
“Adding one thing to another to discover the scheme of things— 28 while I was still searching but not finding— I found one upright man among a thousand, but not one upright woman among them all. 29 This only have I found: God created mankind upright, but they have gone in search of many schemes.”
In this chapter of Ecclesiates we learn a great and bitter lesson: Pain and suffering are better than an easy life!
Even though no one of us like to experience pain and grief, those kind of seasons in our lives teaches us a lot of good things. For example, the pain of losing someone to death shows us that our time here is limited(and precious!). We need to remember it always, so we can make good long-term decisions and appreciate the people we have in our lives!
Pain in the most different situations, also teaches us to be more aware of what life it’s all about: We are here for limited time but to live with purpose! And in the middle of pain, we can learn from it! Unlike joy, which distracts and anesthetizes us, pain makes us more aware of the reality of life: The difference between good and bad, good and bad, peace and restlessness!
We learn to be more patient, to be more grateful for what we already overcame, we can learn to be less foolish, appreciating what really matters instead of what it is superficial! Essence, and deep roots, instead of appearance,fast satisfaction or social acceptance.
It also shows us that balance is better than extremes: We don’t need to win arguments every time, we don’t need to be sure about everything and we don’t need to pretend that we are fine all the time, that we got everything together. There is power in vulnerability!
When we go through these difficult seasons of pain, we also learn to trust more in God and lean on Him. Because in some scenarios of life, there is no other option anyways. It is Him or nothing! He is the one who will keep us standing after the battles. We learn it usualy in a hard way, but is is good when we look back! His faithfulness remains in the middle of our pain and chaos.
If I can be really honest, I have to say that this year didn’t start very well for me. I was hoping for opened doors, but it shutted into my face.I saw things that I didn’t wanted to see, because that turned my castle of sand down and made me sad.
It is not easy but, in the middle of all this proccess, I have these moments of clarity, where I can think (and really believe in it): “God is making me stronger through all this challenges, He is delivering me from traps of ilusions, not giving me what I wanted.”
He is good after all, and I am going to reap good fruits at the right time, all what I am sowing during these seasons of waiting, through my obedience and surrender! It is true, I know. God will not disappoint me. He never does!
So I hope this chapter of Ecclesiastes really make you think and redirect your perspective: Pain can be a blessing! If we learn from it, instead of just trying to run from suffering!
Embrace your moments of pain and grow from it, don’t let it destroy you. Instead, learn with it, so you can become stronger, with God’s help! Learn to grow deeper roots to mature, while time helps you to overcome these challenging seasons!
Friends, let’s keep walking in God’s strength and in belief, so we can say it at the end “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” with tears of joy in our eyes while we look at Jesus!

Ei, você! Como você tem passado? Espero que você esteja bem, mas, caso não esteja, quero incentivá-lo a refletir!
Todos nós enfrentamos processos de vida que nos causam dor!
Pode ser uma variedade de situações, incluindo: Perda, solidão, falta de propósito ou problemas d saúde, por exemplo! Todos nós já enfrentamos ou enfrentaremos essas situações, eventualmente!
No entanto, um homem sábio, há muito tempo, escreveu que a dor e a perda podem ser boas para nossas almas! Esse tipo de experiência nos ensina a encarar a vida de outra perspectiva, mais profundamente conscientes do que é valioso e do que não é. Espero que essa reflexão te encoraje!
“O bom nome é melhor do que um perfume finíssimo, e o dia da morte é melhor do que o dia do nascimento. 2 É melhor ir a uma casa onde há luto do que a uma casa em festa, pois a morte é o destino de todos; os vivos devem levar isso a sério! 3 A tristeza é melhor do que o riso, porque o rosto triste melhora o coração. 4 O coração do sábio está na casa onde há luto, mas o do tolo, na casa da alegria. 5 É melhor ouvir a repreensão de um sábio do que a canção dos tolos. 6 Tal como o estalo de espinhos debaixo da panela, assim é o riso dos tolos. Isso também não faz sentido.
7 A opressão transforma o sábio em tolo, e o suborno corrompe o coração.
8O fim das coisas é melhor que o seu início, e o paciente é melhor que o orgulhoso. 9 Não permita que a ira domine depressa o seu espírito, pois a ira se aloja no íntimo dos tolos.
10Não diga: “Por que os dias do passado foram melhores que os de hoje?” Pois não é sábio fazer esse tipo de pergunta.
11 A sabedoria, como uma herança, é coisa boa, e beneficia aqueles que vêem o sol. 12 A sabedoria oferece proteção, como o faz o dinheiro, mas a vantagem do conhecimento é esta: a sabedoria preserva a vida de quem a possui.
13 Considere o que Deus fez:
Quem pode endireitar o que ele fez torto? 14 Quando os dias forem bons, aproveite-os bem; mas, quando forem ruins, considere: Deus fez tanto um quanto o outro, para evitar que o homem descubra alguma coisa sobre o seu futuro.
15 Nesta vida sem sentido eu já vi de tudo:
Um justo que morreu apesar da sua justiça, e um ímpio que teve vida longa apesar da sua impiedade. 16 Não seja excessivamente justo nem demasiadamente sábio; por que destruir-se a si mesmo? 17 Não seja demasiadamente ímpio e não seja tolo; por que morrer antes do tempo? 18 É bom reter uma coisa e não abrir mão da outra, pois quem teme a Deus evitará ambos os extremos.
19 A sabedoria torna o sábio mais poderoso que uma cidade guardada por dez valentes. 20 Todavia, não há um só justo na terra, ninguém que pratique o bem e nunca peque.
21 Não dê atenção a todas as palavras que o povo diz, caso contrário, poderá ouvir o seu próprio servo falando mal de você; 22 pois em seu coração você sabe que muitas vezes você também falou mal de outros.
23 Tudo isso eu examinei mediante a sabedoria e disse:
Estou decidido a ser sábio; mas isso estava fora do meu alcance. 24 A realidade está bem distante e é muito profunda; quem pode descobri-la? 25 Por isso dediquei-me a aprender, a investigar, a buscar a sabedoria e a razão de ser das coisas, para compreender a insensatez da impiedade e a loucura da insensatez. 26 Descobri que muito mais amarga que a morte é a mulher que serve de laço, cujo coração é uma armadilha e cujas mãos são correntes. O homem que agrada a Deus escapará dela, mas o pecador ela apanhará.
27 “Veja”, diz o Mestre, “foi isto que descobri:
Ao comparar uma coisa com outra para descobrir a sua razão de ser, 28 sim, durante essa minha busca que ainda não terminou, entre mil homens descobri apenas um que julgo digno, mas entre as mulheres não achei uma sequer. 29 Assim, cheguei a esta conclusão: Deus fez os homens justos, mas eles foram em busca de muitas intrigas.”
Neste capítulo de Eclesiastes aprendemos uma boa e amarga lição: A dor e o sofrimento são melhores do que uma vida fácil e sempre feliz!
Mesmo que nenhum de nós goste de sentir dor e tristeza, essas temporadas da nossa vida nos ensina muitas coisas boas. Por exemplo, a dor de perder alguém para a morte nos mostra que nosso tempo aqui é limitado (e precioso!). Precisamos lembrar disso sempre, para que possamos tomar boas decisões a longo prazo e valorizar as pessoas que temos conosco!
A dor, nas mais diversas situações, também nos ensina a ter mais consciência do que é a vida: Estamos aqui por pouco tempo, mas para viver com propósito! E no meio da dor, podemos aprender com cada experiência! Ao contrário da alegria, que nos distrai e nos anestesia, a dor nos torna mais conscientes da realidade da vida: Da diferença entre bom e ruim, bem e mal, paz e inquietação!
Aprendemos a ser mais pacientes, a ser mais gratos pelo que já superamos, podemos aprender a ser menos tolos, valorizando o que realmente importa em vez do que é superficial! Essência e raízes profundas, ao invés de aparência, satisfação rápida ou aceitação social.
Isso também nos mostra que o equilíbrio é melhor do que os extremos: Não precisamos ganhar as discussões todas as vezes, não precisamos ter certeza de tudo e não precisamos fingir que estamos bem o tempo todo, que temos tudo sob controle. Há poder na vulnerabilidade!
Quando passamos por esses períodos difíceis de dor, também aprendemos a confiar mais em Deus e nos apoiar nele. Porque em alguns cenários da vida, não há outra opção, de qualquer forma. É Ele ou nada! Ele é quem nos manterá de pé após as batalhas. Aprendemos isso de uma maneira difícil, mas é bom quando olhamos para trás! Sua fidelidade permanece no meio da nossa dor e caos!
Honestamente, eu devo dizer que este ano não começou muito bem para mim. Eu estava esperando por portas abertas que se fecharam na minha cara. Vi coisas que não queria ver, e isso derrubou meu castelinho de areia e me deixou triste.
Não é fácil mas, no meio de todo esse processo, eu tenho esses momentos de clareza, onde eu consigo pensar (e acreditar de verdade): “Deus está me fortalecendo em meio a todos esses desafios, Ele está me livrando das armadilhas das ilusões, não me dando o que eu quero!”
Ele é bom, afinal, e eu vou colher bons frutos na hora certa, tudo o que estou semeando durante esses períodos de espera. Através da minha obediência e entrega! É verdade, eu sei. Deus não vai me decepcionar. Ele nunca faz isso!
Então, espero que este capítulo de Eclesiastes realmente te faça refletir e redirecionar sua perspectiva: A dor pode ser uma bênção! Se aprendermos com ela, em vez de apenas tentarmos fugir do sofrimento!
Abrace seus momentos de dor e cresça com eles, não deixe que isso te destrua. Em vez disso, aprenda! Para que você possa se tornar mais forte, com a ajuda de Deus! Aprenda a a criar raízes mais profundas para amadurecer, enquanto o tempo te ajuda a superar essas temporadas desafiadoras!
Amigos, vamos continuar andando na força de Deus e com fé, para que possamos dizer no final: “Combati o bom combate, terminei a corrida, guardei a fé“, com lágrimas de alegria enquanto olhamos para Jesus!

That’s right—if you make Insight your priority, and won’t take no for an answer, Searching for it like a prospector panning for gold, like an adventurer on a treasure hunt. Believe me, before you know it Fear-of-God will be yours; you’ll have come upon the Knowledge of God.
And here’s why: God gives out Wisdom free, is plainspoken in Knowledge and Understanding. He’s a rich mine of Common Sense for those who live well,a personal bodyguard to the candid and sincere. He keeps his eye on all who live honestly,and pays special attention to his loyally committed ones.
So now you can pick out what’s true and fair, find all the good trails! Lady Wisdom will be your close friend, and Brother Knowledge your pleasant companion. Good Sense will scout ahead for danger, Insight will keep an eye out for you. They’ll keep you from making wrong turns, or following the bad directions Of those who are lost themselves and can’t tell a trail from a tumbleweed, These losers who make a game of evil and throw parties to celebrate perversity, Traveling paths that go nowhere, wandering in a maze of detours and dead ends.
Wise friends will rescue you from the Temptress— that smooth-talking Seductress Who’s faithless to the husband she married years ago, never gave a second thought to her promises before God. Her whole way of life is doomed; every step she takes brings her closer to hell. No one who joins her company ever comes back, ever sets foot on the path to real living.
“So—join the company of good men and women, keep your feet on the tried-and-true paths. It’s the men who walk straight who will settle this land,the women with integrity who will last here. The corrupt will lose their lives; the dishonest will be gone for good.” (Proverbs 2)
Simpletons! How long will you wallow in ignorance? Cynics! How long will you feed your cynicism? Idiots! How long will you refuse to learn? About face! I can revise your life. Look, I’m ready to pour out my spirit on you; I’m ready to tell you all I know. As it is, I’ve called, but you’ve turned a deaf ear;
I’ve reached out to you, but you’ve ignored me.
“Since you laugh at my counsel and make a joke of my advice, How can I take you seriously? I’ll turn the tables and joke about your troubles! What if the roof falls in, and your whole life goes to pieces? What if catastrophe strikes and there’s nothing to show for your life but rubble and ashes? You’ll need me then. You’ll call for me, But don’t expect an answer. No matter how hard you look, you won’t find me.
Don’t you see what happens, you simpletons, you idiots? Carelessness kills; complacency is murder. First pay attention to me, and then relax. Now you can take it easy—you’re in good hands!
Don’t you know what to do?!
Start with God—the first step in learning is bowing down to God; only fools thumb their noses at such wisdom and learning.
Pay close attention, friend, to what your father tells you; never forget what you learned at your mother’s knee. Wear their counsel like a winning crown, like rings on your fingers.
