Today we are beginning a new year! Thank God we survived till here, right?! Kkkkk
Jokes aside, I just want to encourage you to look ahead with the right perspective: If you had a tough year, remember, you got stronger through the process( even if you can’t realize it yet). And you can choose to look forward with hope, knowing that God is the One who makes all things new!
If you had a good year or you started a tough year but finished well (like me =) ,you have a lot of reasons to be thankful for, and to look forward with gratitude and keep growing! Enjoy your good time to go deeper in the things that is working now and also to improve your relationship with God and those around you!
Every day is a new day to start fresh, to be hopeful and try again, no matter if you failed yesterday. Today is another chance and you can choose to look to yourself and to the cirscumtances around you with a renewed hope!
Our strength is in the Lord and He never fails! He is a good father. Don’t forget that!

How are you doing today?! I hope you are doing well, enjoying yourself and everything you have in this present moment! However, if you are having a bad day, I encourage you to close your eyes right now, take a deep breath and just think about 2 or 3 things that you are grateful for, can you do that?
Today, I felt ecouraged by the Lord to talk about the gift of today. The gift of learning how to live the present moment, being grateful and enjoyng ourselves and the Presence of God!
To be honest, I had to learn it in a very long process of mind renewing! It is not easy to relearn how to look at things with gratitute and a perspective that goes beyond now. We are used by this culture of “instant satisfaction” to get things in our ow way and, quickly. And when things go wrong we just sink in frustration and discouragement.
The Word of God encourages us to live grateful for the present time and set our minds in things that will produce good fruits, eternal things, instead of worrying all the time with small and transient things.
When we just look for what we don’t have and compare ourselves with others, this is the recipe for disaster! We never have or are enough!
That is one of the most precious lessons the Lord taught me: “Don’t look to others to see what you are not, look to yourself, who you were in the past and who you are now. What do you see?!” Hopefully, like me, you will see some improvement! God is working all the time, for us and in us, so we can grow and become more like Him! That is good news, right?!
Instead of dive into social media, where we can only see people that seems better and happier than us, why don’t we spend some time diving into the Scriptures, to find out who we are in Christ? And who we are becoming, because this is a constant proccess of growth! We should never stop doing that!
The more we get close to Him, the more we become the person He created us to be and the less we compare ourselves to others, feeling miserable while we do that.
And let’s be honest: We know that life is not easy to anyboby! Everybody is struggling with something, even when their lives seems pretty perfect on the outside! Don’t allow yourself to believe that only you have battles to fight! That’s simply not true!
On the other hand, remember that, despite of the struggles, we all have a lot of things to be grateful for! Do you need some help to remember? Ask the Holy Sipirit to remind you of who you were years ago, to bring to your mind everytime that God pulled you out of a hopeless situation! Do you remember how many times He rescued you, healed you and took care of you?!
I can definitely remember where I was 4 years ago! Living a life without meaning, without any purpose! Just wasting my days in self satisfactiction, just to feel empty a few hours later! I remember all the biterness, loneliness and anger I kept inside!
But God saw me, and He helped me and rescued me when I asked Him for help! He changed me, inside and out! So, I am grateful, I thank God for being a new person! I still have struggles, of course, but I don’t feel hopeless anymore! I know in whom I trust, and I know He is taking care of me, everyday!
If you have Jesus in your life, you have a lot of things to be thankful for! So keep renewing your mind, setting your eyes in things that brings you hope and a new perspective! Don’t compare your life or your journey with others! You are unique and wonderfully made, and God has a beautil story written just for you!
I encourage you to look at Him today, and always. Don’t sink into dispair! I know that we are living in dark times. People are struggling with depression, anxiety and solitude. If that is your situation, please don’t give up!
Ask for help, professional and spiritual help! It is not the end of the rope for you. Trust in better times! Bring to your mind what can give you hope! Remember that you have a good Father and that if you ask, He will help you, no matter how great is your battle!
Jesus is a firm foundation! You can lean on Him! Set your mind on His Word, take good care of yourself and enjoy your day the best you can, because today is a gift, and tomorrow is a mystery!
Enjoy who you are and what you have today! A grateful heart is a key for better days ahead!
“Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. Como você está se sentindo hoje?! Espero que você esteja bem, aproveitando cada coisa e tudo que você tem nesse dia! No entanto, se você está tendo um dia ruim, eu quero te encorajar a fechar os olhos agora, respirar fundo e apenas pensar em 2 ou 3 coisas pelas quais você é grato, você pode fazer isso?
Hoje, eu me senti incentivada pelo Senhor a falar sobre o presente do hoje. O dom de aprender a viver o momento presente, agradecendo e desfrutando da Presença de Deus! (E tudo que Ele nos concede!)
Pra ser sincera, eu tive que aprender isso em um longo processo de renovação mental! Não é fácil reaprender a olhar as coisas com gratidão e com uma perspectiva que vai além do agora. Estamos acostumados com essa cultura de “satisfação instantânea”, a fazer as coisas do nosso jeito, a conseguir tudo rapidamente. E quando as coisas dão errado, simplesmente caímos em frustração e desânimo.
A Palavra de Deus nos incentiva a sermos gratos pelo tempo presente e a nos concentrarmos nas coisas que produzirão bons frutos, coisas eternas, em vez de nos preocuparmos o tempo todo com pequenas coisas, coisas passageiras.
Quando nós apenas procuramos o que não temos e nos comparamos com os outros, criamos a receita para o desastre! Nunca temos ou somos o suficiente!
Essa é uma das lições mais preciosas que o Senhor me ensinou: “Não olhe para os outros para ver o que você não é(ou não tem). Olhe para si mesma, quem você era no passado e quem você é agora. O que você vê?!” Espero que, como eu, você veja alguma melhora! Deus está trabalhando o tempo todo por nós e em nós, para que possamos crescer e nos tornar mais semelhantes a Ele! Isso é uma boa notícia, certo?!
Em vez de mergulhar em comparação, na vida e nas redes sociais (onde vemos pessoas que parecem estar melhores e mais felizes do que nós), por que não mergulhamos na Palavra, para descobrir quem somos em Cristo? Quem nós estamos nos tornando?! Porque este é um processo constante de crescimento. Nunca devemos parar! Quanto mais nos aproximamos Dele, mais nos tornamos a pessoa que Ele nos criou para ser e menos nos comparamos com os outros, sentindo-nos miseráveis enquanto fazemos isso.
E sejamos honestos: sabemos que a vida tá fácil para ninguém! Todo mundo está lutando com alguma coisa, mesmo quando suas vidas parecem muito perfeitas nas redes sociais! Não se permita acreditar que só você tem batalhas para lutar! Isso simplesmente não é verdade!
Por outro lado, lembre-se de que, apesar das lutas, todos nós temos muitas coisas pelas quais ser gratos! Você precisa de ajuda para se lembrar? Peça ao Santo Espírito para te lembrar quem você era anos atrás e, de todas as vezes que Deus te tirou de uma situação desesperadora! Você se lembra quantas vezes Ele te resgatou, te curou e cuidou de você?!
Eu me lembro de onde estava há 4 anos! Vivendo uma vida sem sentido, sem propósito! Apenas desperdiçando meus dias focada em auto-satisfação, apenas para me sentir vazia algumas horas depois! Lembro-me de toda a amargura, solidão e raiva que guardei dentro de mim. Mas Deus me viu e me ajudou quando eu pedi ajuda!
Ele me mudou, por dentro e por fora! E por isso eu sou grata! Agradeço a Deus por ser uma nova criatura! Ainda tenho lutas, é claro, mas não me sinto mais desesperada! Eu sei em quem confio e sei que Ele está cuidando de mim, todos os dias!
Se você tem Jesus em sua vida, então você tem muitas coisas pelas quais agradecer! Portanto, continue renovando sua mente, fixando seus olhos em coisas que lhe trazem esperança, numa nova perspectiva! Não compare sua vida ou sua jornada com outras! Você é único e maravilhoso, e Deus tem uma linda história escrita só para você!
Eu te incentivo a olhar para Ele hoje, e sempre. Não se desespere! Eu sei que estamos vivendo em tempos sombrios, as pessoas estão lutando contra a depressão, ansiedade e solidão. Se for essa a sua situação, não desista!
Peça ajuda, ajuda profissional e espiritual! Não é o fim da linha para você. Confie em tempos melhores! Traga à sua mente o que pode lhe dar esperança!
Lembre-se de que você tem um bom Pai e que se você pedir, Ele o ajudará, não importa quão grande seja a sua batalha!
Jesus é uma base sólida! Você pode se apoiar nele! Medite na Sua Palavra, cuide bem de você e aproveite o dia da melhor maneira possível! Porque “hoje é um presente e amanhã é um mistério!”
Desfrute de quem você é e o que você tem hoje! Um coração grato é a chave para dias melhores!
“Quem de vocês, por mais que se preocupe, pode acrescentar uma hora que seja à sua vida?!

Yesterday, watching the course ‘Godmother’ by Lisa Bevere, I was inspired by her to do a list of things that I would love to do in my life!
These things are desires and goals that I believe, God put in my heart so we can dream together. Others, maybe are just things I want to learn because it is fun!
No matter what are the reasons, if you want to do inspiring things with your life, I encourage you: Dare to dream again!
Make a list of things you have always dreamed to do, but always seems to hard to accomplish, or even impossible. Things that you are even afraid to admit that you always wanted!
Don’t listen to the voice that says: “You? You are not capable of doing that. You are too old or maybe too young. This is not for you. You aleady made to many wrong choices”.
Listen to voice of hope, the voice that encourages you to be bold and dream again! Go foward and write your hopes and dreams down!
God has a good plan for our lives and I believe that He takes in consideration what we would love to do, our tastes and personality!
We can always align our dreams with Him, praying and ask for direction, so we can dream together!
When the fear and doubt come to bring you down, choose to declare those dreams and hopes over them!
Choose to believe in the promises of God for your life!
If you focus on the right direction, putting your trust in Him, you can put up with anything!
Allow yourself to dream again!

Ontem, assistindo ao curso ‘Godmother’ da Lisa Bevere, eu fui inspirada por ela a fazer uma lista de coisas que eu ainda sonho em fazer na minha vida!
Algumas dessas coisas são anseios e objetivos que eu acredito que Deus colocou em meu coração para que possamos sonhar juntos. Outras, talvez sejam apenas coisas que eu quero realizar porque é divertido!
Não importa quais sejam os motivos, se você quer fazer coisas inspiradoras em sua vida, eu quero te encorajar: Ouse sonhar de novo!
Faça uma lista de coisas que você sempre sonhou em fazer, mas sempre pareceu difícil de realizar, ou até mesmo impossível. Coisas que você quer, mas tem medo de admitir pra si mesmo!
Não dê ouvidos à voz que diz: “Você? Você não é capaz de fazer isso. Você é muito velha ou talvez muito jovem. Isso não é para você. Você já fez muitas escolhas erradas”. Ouça a voz da esperança, a voz que o incentiva a ser ousado e a sonhar de novo! Vá em frente e escreva suas esperanças e sonhos!
Deus tem um bom plano para nossas vidas e acredito que Ele leva em consideração o que gostaríamos de fazer, nossos gostos e personalidade!
Sempre podemos alinhar nossos sonhos com Ele, orando e pedindo direção, para que possamos sonhar juntos!
Quando o medo e a dúvida vierem te por pra baixo, escolha declarar esses sonhos e esperanças sobre eles!
Escolha acreditar nas promessas de Deus para a sua vida!
Se você FOCAR na direção certa, colocando sua confiança em Cristo, você supera qualquer coisa!
Permita-se sonhar novamente!

Hey friends!
Today I want to talk about our most preciuos good, something that can affect everything in our lives and also, it can be stole: Our heart!
Why is soimportant to guard our hearts and keep it safe? The bible says a lot of things about it! For example:
“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Mathew 6:21
“Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in his holy place? 4 The one who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not trust in an idol or swear by a false god.“
Our hearts contains our emotions, desires(good and bad), and it also feeds our hopes and dreams! It can be pure and soft or it can be hardened and evil! It is like a fountain that floods into our body!
If we allow it to be filled with greed, jelousy, fear and disbelief, that will affect our whole perspective, our actions and thoughts! That means that our lives will be driven by it, to the wrong direction!
However, if we choose to feed our hearts with the Word of God, and protect it with faith on His promises( like a shield!), we going to see and perceive all the things in our lives in a wise and hopeful way! The Word says: “As a man think in his heart so he is!”
Guarding our hearts means that we going to be alert and vigilant about any root of bitterness, resentment, fear and greed that can come with the challenges of our lives! When you feel that coming, just be honest with yourself and with God and surrencder that to Him, so you can be healed! God delights in a honest and humble heart:
“You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. 17 My sacrifice, O God, is[b] a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.( Psalm 51:16-17)
God wants to be the faithful guardian of our hearts! He wants to guide our emotions, hopes and dreams! He is the One that the can cast away all the fear from it! Just surrender all your burdens to Him, and He will lead you through the right direction!
“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law? Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[c]38 This is the first and greatest commandment. (Mathew 22:37)

Nosso bem mais precioso: O coração! s2
“ Acima de tudo, guarde seu coração, pois tudo o que você faz flui dele.” Provérbios 4:23
Olá amigos!
Hoje eu quero falar o nosso mais precioso bem, algo que pode afetar tudo em nossas vidas e também, pode ser roubado: Nosso coração!
Por que é tão importante proteger nossos corações e mantê-los seguros? A bíblia fala muito sobre isso! Como por exemplo:
“ Onde estiver o seu tesouro, lá estará também o seu coração .” Mateus 6:21
“ Quem pode subir ao monte do Senhor? Quem pode permanecer no seu lugar santo? 4 Aquele que tem as mãos limpas e um coração puro, que não confia em ídolos ou jura por um deus falso. “
Nosso coração guarda nossas emoções, desejos (bons e maus),intenções e também nossos sonhos e esperanças! Pode ser puro e suave ou pode ser endurecido e maligno! É como uma fonte que inunda todo o corpo!
Se permitirmos que seja preenchido com ganância, ciúme, medo e descrença, isso afetará toda a nossa perspectiva, nossas ações e pensamentos! Isso significa que nossas vidas serão conduzidas por ele, na direção errada!
No entanto, se escolhermos alimentar nossos corações com a Palavra de Deus e protegê-lo com a fé em Suas promessas (como um escudo), veremos e perceberemos todos as coisas em nossas vidas de uma forma sábia e esperançosa! A Palavra diz: “Como um homem pensa em seu coração, assim ele é!”
Proteger nossos corações significa que estaremos alertas e vigilantes contra toda raiz de amargura, ressentimento, medo e ganância que possa surgir com os desafios que enfrentamos nas nossas vidas! Quando você sentir que isso está chegando, apenas seja honesto com você mesmo e com Deus e entregue tudo a Ele, para que você possa ser curado! Deus se agrada de um coração honesto e humilde:
“ Você não tem prazer em sacrifícios, ou eu o traria; você não tem prazer em holocaustos. 17 Meu sacrifício, ó Deus, é [ b ] a espírito quebrantado; um coração quebrantado e contrito você, Deus, não desprezará. (Salmo 51: 16-17)
Deus deseja ser o guardião fiel de nossos corações! Ele quer guiar nossas emoções, esperanças e sonhos! Ele é quem que pode expulsar todo o medo! Apenas entregue todos os seus fardos a Ele, e Ele o guiará na direção certa!
“ Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da Lei? Jesus respondeu: “’Ame o Senhor seu Deus com todo o seu coração, com toda a sua alma e com toda a sua mente.’ [ c ]38 Este é o primeiro e maior mandamento. (Mateus 22:37).
