“After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, the Lord said to Joshua son of Nun, Moses’ aide: 2 “Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites. 3 I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses. 4 Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the great river, the Euphrates—all the Hittite country—to the Mediterranean Sea in the west. 5 No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. 6 Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their ancestors to give them.” (Joshua 1:1-6)

Today I want to share with you guys, about the COURAGE to keep going!
I love this passage where the Lord says to Joshua to be brave and courageous!(3 times..) but also that, He, the Lord Almighty, was with him, taking care of everything and opening the way!
How amazing is that?
Well, to be honest I have to say that, every time the Lord spoke to me with this passage, I was in a hard situation and feeling discouraged! Despite of how great those words are, sometimes we just can’t see with the right perspective. Do you know what I mean?!
Maybe you are facing a hard situation right now: an illness, a financial struggling, maybe you are feeling alone or without a way out, I don’t know. But if you are dealing with something difficult at this point, maybe you don’t feel so encouraged by something like this, I know because I did not (In some situations. )
Being persistent(and consistant) it is not a easy task. I know for me, that during my walk I wanted to give up a lot of times. And during those times, even when the Lord spoke to me about His promises, sometimes I doubted it.
This is why I decided to share this passage. It is not easy to go through some seasons of change. If you think about Joshua, he had to replace a great leader and assume a hard task to take the people of Israel to the promise land!
How terrified he was? I imagine that he was really terrified, because God spoke 3 times the same thing to him: Be strong and corageous, you are not alone, I am here with you!
No matter how great is your struggle right now, you are not alone! Don’t let the circunstances compromise your judgment, trust in the Lord’s promises for your life!
Bring to your mind what can give you hope, and embrace all His promises to you!
I can tell that God already rescued me from a lot of bad situations, where there was no way out!And He is fulfilling all His promises to me, one by one!
It is not easy to be patient and have faith, but it is possible! And you are not going to regret this.Remember that you don’t need to carry all the weight alone, you have a friend and a conselour, always available to help you. Just ask for help!
Be strong and corageous! And all the promises to your life will become true. Just keep walking!
“Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. 8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.“(Joshua 1:7-9)

“Não fui Eu que te ordenei? Sê forte e corajoso!”
“Depois da morte de Moisés, o servo do Senhor, o Senhor disse a Josué, filho de Num, ajudante de Moisés: 2“ Moisés, meu servo, está morto. Agora, então, você e todas essas pessoas, preparem-se para cruzar o rio Jordão para dentro a terra que estou prestes a dar a eles – aos israelitas. 3 Eu te darei todos os lugares onde você colocar seus pés, como prometi a Moisés. 4 Seu território se estenderá do deserto ao Líbano, e do grande rio, o Eufrates – todo o país hitita – até o mar Mediterrâneo, a oeste. 5 Ninguém poderá resistir a você todos os dias de sua vida. Como estive com Moisés, estarei com você; nunca te deixarei nem te desamparar. 6 Sê forte e corajoso, porque tu farás este povo herdar a terra que jurei aos seus antepassados lhes dar. ” (Josué 1: 1-6)

Hoje eu quero compartilhar com você sobre a CORAGEM pra continuar!
Eu amo essa passagem onde o Senhor diz a Josué para ser valente e corajoso! (3 vezes…). Não só isso, mas também que Ele, o Senhor Todo-Poderoso, estava com ele, cuidando de tudo e abrindo o caminho!
Isso não é incrível?!
Bem, para ser honesta, eu tenho que dizer que toda vez que o Senhor falou comigo com essa passagem, eu estava em uma situação difícil e me sentindo bem desanimada! Apesar do quão incríveis essas palavras são, às vezes simplesmente não conseguimos enxergar com a perspectiva certa, não nos sentimos reanimados. Você entende o que eu quero dizer?
Talvez você esteja passando por uma situação difícil agora: Uma doença, uma dificuldade financeira, talvez você esteja se sentindo sozinho ou sem saída, sei lá. Mas se você está lidando com algo difícil neste momento, talvez você não se sinta tão encorajado por algo assim, eu sei porque eu não me senti, muitas vezes.
Ser persistente (e consistente) não é uma tarefa fácil. Sei por mim que, durante a minha caminhada, eu tive vontade de desistir várias vezes. E durante esses momentos, mesmo quando o Senhor falava comigo sobre Suas promessas, às vezes eu ainda duvidava.
É por isso que decidi compartilhar esta passagem. Não é fácil passar por algumas estações de mudança. Se você pensar em Josué, ele teve que substituir um grande líder e assumir a difícil tarefa de levar o povo de Israel para a terra prometida!
Quão apavorado ele estava? Imagino que ele tenha ficado realmente apavorado, porque Deus falou 3 vezes a mesma coisa com ele: Seja forte e corajoso, você não está sozinho, estou aqui com você!
Não importa o quão grande seja sua luta agora, você não está sozinho! Não deixe as circunstâncias comprometerem o seu julgamento, confie nas promessas do Senhor para a sua vida! Traga à sua mente o que pode lhe dar esperança e guarde todas as promessas Dele para você!
Posso dizer que Deus já me resgatou de muitas situações ruins, onde não havia saída! E Ele está cumprindo todas as Suas promessas para mim, uma a uma!
Não é fácil ter paciência e fé, mas é possível! E você não vai se arrepender disso.
Lembre-se de que você não precisa carregar todo o peso sozinho, você tem um amigo e conselheiro, sempre disponível para te ajudar. Basta pedir ajuda!
Seja forte e corajoso! E todas as promessas para sua vida se tornarão verdadeiras. Apenas continue caminhando! (E tenha fé.)
“Seja forte e muito corajoso. Tenha cuidado para obedecer a toda a lei que meu servo Moisés lhe deu; não se desvie dela para a direita ou para a esquerda, para que você tenha sucesso onde quer que você vá. Guarde este Livro da Lei sempre nos teus lábios, medita nele dia e noite, para que tenhas cuidado de fazer tudo o que está escrito nele. Então serás próspero e bem sucedido. Não te ordenei? Sê forte e corajoso. Não tenhas medo; não desanime, porque o Senhor teu Deus estará com você por onde você for. ”(Josué 1: 7-9)
