Why timing is so important?!

Hey friends! How are you doing?

Have you ever stop to think about the importance of TIMING?! I mean, I don’t know if you’ve ever struggled to find your rhythm to move in life, but I definitely have!

I spent too nuch time in my life feeling like I was running against the clock, always feeling like I was late in certain accomplishments in my life!

I went to college at 21 and, I remember feeling like I was too old to start a graduating course at that age! ( I know, this is tottaly insane!)

After a few years working in jobs that I felt frustrated with, because I never felt like I was doing something great, something where I could use all my potencial!

So I decided to quit the university I was working for, and try to figure out what to do with my life.

At that point, I was not secure about what I would do next but, I was pretty sure that I did not want to keep living the same way!

I always  knew that I wanted to do  greater things, one of my dreams has  always been to travel around  the world!

So I started to look for a opportunity to jump into a cultural exchange! After a few months looking in apps and sites for it, I found something better and different, but it would totally apply for my intentions!

I decided to attend in a YWAM school! It is a christian organization that provides opportunities to do volunteer work and also evangelism around the world, specially in vulnerable countries, for social help!

So I jumped in, I enroled  for this 5 months course and, in the last 2 months, I went to Nepal for the practical phase!(Outreach)

I would never imagined how challenging and great that trip would be for me as a person! A had to admit that it was really hard sometimes, but I faced all my fears and limits in that experience!

After that I never saw myself in the same way again! I knew that I could never go back to my normal life and to “regular jobs”. I really wanted more, I wanted to be part of something greater!

Life is hard, you know that, but what I want you to know is that: If you want to accomplish greater things in life, you have to be open to face hard times: Your fears, faillures, people misunderstanding you,a lot of confflicts and even accusations!

It is not easy to follow our dreams!

Till these days I am learning that, if I want to go beyond that most people usually go, I need to do more, learn more and sometimes, fail hard!

It is not in our confort zone that we grow, we need to go further!

Anyway, I thought during most part of my life, that timing was a bi****. But in the end of the day, I discovered that if you want to build your way to an amazing future, you need find out your own timing!

It is not about following the same rules and strategies that everybody else are adopting! You need to figure out your own ways and rythm to do things!

Don’t feel frustrated, like I used to feel, when everybody around you are doing the same things, repeating the same “mantras”, running to the same goals when you are not!

You have your own path to follow; you just need to know to where do you want to go!

Timing can be a great key to your business, personal life and to achieve your dreams, that is true!

However, you don’t need to bound yourself in this pattern, just to follow what people says that is the “recipe for success”, find your own way to get there!

Be brave and corageous! Only those who persist untill they achieve their goals, will be the ones that people will start to follow and be inspired by!

Don’t be so worried about “what to do next”, just find the right reason to do something, your essence, to keep moving and folowing your dreams!

We are not created to be just another one in the multitude, we are created to live a unique life! Think about it!

Have a nice weekend friends, that is all for now! =)

Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
Fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way.
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town
Waiting for someone or something to show you the way.
Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain.
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you.
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.” (Time- Pink Floyd)
