Hello friends! How are you doing?!
In the last few days, God has been talking to me about some things that I want to share here, wich are: REPENTANCE and new STRENGTH!
I am reading and hearing the Word of God a lot those days and just now, when I asked what should I share here regarding all the things that God is speaking to me, He just gave me Isaiah 30:15:
“This is what the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel, says: In repentance and rest is your salvation,
in quietness and trust is your strength,
but you would have none of it.”
It’s pretty clear for me that what we are living right now, not olny as mankind but more specifically as the Body of Christ is God’s judgement!
It may be seem hard to face it, but think about the whole story through the bible: Every time God wanted to bring REPENTANCE to His people He brought judgement through hard cirscunstances over Israel.
Unfortunately, that’s the only way that seems to WAKES US UP! We need to struggle with something to look after God more than the usual ritual of “christian life”.
God has amazing and unimaginable PROMISES to His sons and daughters! Think about Joel 2:25-26:
I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten—
the great locust and the young locust,
the other locusts and the locust swarm[b]—
my great army that I sent among you.
26 You will have plenty to eat, until you are full,
and you will praise the name of the Lord your God,
who has worked wonders for you;
never again will my people be shamed.
And further up, in verse 28-29:
“And afterward,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your old men will dream dreams,
your young men will see visions.
29 Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days.
However, before the fulfillment of these promises we see at this very chapter: God’s JUDGEMENT and REPENTANCE!
The church all around the world is crying out for deliverance and healing right now but, before that, what we were crying out for? Oh yes, for REVIVAL!
I love how this chapter show us so clearly how things must happens so we can achieve the greastest promises of God!
First, we need to cry out to God, open our hearts to Him, be really honest and REPENT! Not only for our sins but also for the sins of the churh, the body of Christ as a whole! Cause if we stop to think for a minute, we will see that we were being negligent with the gospel, living by our own rules and priorities!
So, this is the time to raise our voices in repentance, crying for God’s intervetion, cause He is mercyful and full of compassion!
And when He finally sees His people changing their ways, like He tolds us to do in Joel 2, we gonna experience a new season: RESTORATION, with a new STRENGTH!
Second, we need to rest in Him and TRUST His promises to us, no matter how long it takes to happen! Cause He is faithful.
To finish this I just want to go back to Isaiah 30 and say this: God is giving us a chance to repent is this time of “quietness and rest!” .
Think about all the time you have now in quarentine to seek Him more than ever and become the person that you were never able to be because you were always so busy and “out of time“.
Use your time wisely! Spend a few hours with your bible, praying, speaking in tongues and listening to Jesus! God is offering this opportunity to us right now and we must grab it!
In this same chapter, Isaiah 30, God makes it very clear to us that is useless to chase human help, modern standards of security to helps us in this moment of hardship, that we are facing! Only Him can take us out of this situation. We must TRUST Him!
And I trully believe that we gonna experience all the good promises of God that is presented in Joel 2, we gonna have plenty of wheat, new wine and oil; and our strength will be RESTORED in the Lord! We will see the Holy Spirit being poured out over every flesh, like never before!
I want to close it, by praying with every one reading this post:
“Father, we thank You for this time of repentance over your church, we thank You for this new chance to seek You more than ever and see things happen by Your mighty hands over our lives! We want to see the bride of Jesus healed and restored and then, experience the fullness of the Spirit, being poured out over every flesh! We want to be part of this God! Guide us to repentance, rest and restoration and renew our strength, in Jesus name! Amen”

“No arrependimento e no descanso está a sua salvação, no sossego e na confiança está a sua força …“
Olá amigos! Como vocês estão?!
Nos últimos dias, Deus tem falado comigo sobre algumas coisas e eu quero compartilhá-las aqui, que são: ARREPENDIMENTO e RESTAURAÇÃO!
Eu estou lendo e ouvindo muito a Palavra nesses últimos dias e agora, quando perguntei ao Espírito Santo o que deveria compartilhar aqui sobre todas as coisas que Deus está falando comigo, Ele simplesmente me deu Isaías 30:15:
“Isto é o que o Soberano Senhor, o Santo de Israel, diz: Em arrependimento e descanso é a sua salvação, em tranquilidade e confiança é a sua força, mas vocês não quiseram. “
Está bem claro para mim que o que estamos vivendo agora, não apenas como humanidade, mas mais especificamente como o Corpo de Cristo, é o julgamento de Deus!
Pode parecer uma palavra dura demais aqui mas, pense em toda a história da Bíblia: Toda vez que Deus quis trazer arrependimento ao Seu povo, ele trouxe julgamento através de duras circunstâncias sobre Israel.
Infelizmente, essa é a única maneira que parece nos acordar! Precisamos enfrentar problemas para buscar a Deus mais do que o normal, mais do que no ritual padrão da “vida cristã”.
Deus tem promessas surpreendentes e inimagináveis para seus filhos e filhas! Reflita em Joel 2: 25-26:
Pagarei-te pelos anos que os gafanhotos comeram –
o grande gafanhoto e o jovem gafanhoto,
os outros gafanhotos e o enxame de gafanhotos [b] –
meu grande exército que enviei entre vocês.
26 Você terá muito o que comer, até estar cheio,
e louvarás o nome do Senhor teu Deus,
quem fez maravilhas para você;
nunca mais meu povo será envergonhado.
E mais adiante, no versículo 28-29:
“E depois,
Derramarei meu Espírito sobre todas as pessoas.
Seus filhos e filhas profetizarão,
seus velhos sonharão sonhos,
seus rapazes terão visões.
29 Até meus servos, homens e mulheres,
Eu derramarei meu Espírito naqueles dias.
Porém, antes do cumprimento dessas promessas, vemos neste mesmo capítulo: JULGAMENTO, da parte de Deus e ARREPENDIMENTO!
A igreja em todo o mundo está clamando por livramento e cura agora, mas antes disso, pelo que estávamos clamando? Ah sim, pelo AVIVAMENTO!
Eu amo como este capítulo nos mostra tão claramente como as coisas devem acontecer para que possamos alcançar as maiores promessas de Deus!
Primeiro, precisamos clamar a Deus, abrir nossos corações para Ele, ser realmente honestos e arrepender-nos! Não apenas pelos nossos pecados, mas também pelos pecados da igreja, o corpo de Cristo como um todo! Porque se pararmos para pensar por um minuto, veremos que estávamos sendo negligentes com o evangelho, vivendo de acordo com nossas próprias regras e prioridades!
Então, este é o momento de elevarmos nossas vozes em arrependimento, clamando pela intervenção de Deus, porque Ele é misericordioso e cheio de compaixão!
E quando Ele vir Sua igreja seguindo seus caminhos, como Ele nos disse para fazer em Joel 2, experimentaremos uma nova temporada: RESTAURAÇÃO e derramar do Espírito, com uma nova FORÇA!
Segundo, precisamos descansar Nele e confiar em Suas promessas para nós, não importa quanto tempo leve para acontecer! Porque Ele é fiel.
Para terminar, eu só quero voltar para Isaías 30 e dizer o seguinte:
Deus está nos dando uma chance de nos arrependermos, neste momento de “tranqüilidade e descanso!” Pense em todo o tempo que você tem agora em quarentena para buscá-Lo mais do que nunca e tornar-se a pessoa que você nunca foi capaz de ser, porque você estava sempre muito ocupado e “sem tempo”.
Use seu tempo com sabedoria! Passe algumas horas com sua Bíblia, orando, falando em línguas e ouvindo Jesus! Deus está oferecendo esta oportunidade para nós agora, e precisamos aproveitá-la!
Neste mesmo capítulo, Isaías 30, Deus deixa muito claro para nós que é inútil buscar ajuda humana, padrões modernos de segurança para nos ajudar neste momento que estamos enfrentando! Somente Ele pode nos tirar dessa situação. Nós devemos confiar nele!
E eu realmente acredito que vamos experimentar todas as boas promessas de Deus que são apresentadas em Joel 2, teremos muito trigo, vinho novo e óleo; e nossa força será RESTAURADA no Senhor! Veremos o Espírito Santo sendo derramado como nunca antes!
Quero encerrar orando com todos vocês que lêem este post:
“Pai, agradecemos por este tempo de arrependimento sobre sua igreja, agradecemos por esta nova chance de buscá-lo mais do que nunca e ver as coisas acontecerem por Suas poderosas mãos, agindo sobre nossas vidas! Queremos ver a noiva de Jesus curada e restaurada e cremos que, em seguida, experimentaremos a plenitude do Espírito, sendo derramado sobre toda carne! Queremos fazer parte dessa promessa, Deus! Guie-nos ao arrependimento, descanso e restauração e renove nossa força, em nome de Jesus! Amém “
