What we can learn from the words of wisdom of Solomon in Proverbs(1-3)!
” The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.” Prov 1:
These are the GOALS for those who read this biblical book:
” for gaining wisdom and instruction;
for understanding words of insight;
3 for receiving instruction in prudent behavior,
doing what is right and just and fair;
4 for giving prudence to those who are simple,[a]
knowledge and discretion to the young—
5 let the wise listen and add to their learning,
and let the discerning get guidance— ” Prov 1:2-5
The firsts 3 chapters give us a CLEAR idea of what means to walk in wisdom and why we should do it!
First of all, we need to understand that without the FEAR of the the LORD there is no wisdom or true knowledge! We need to know Him and seek His PRESENCE.
2.BE INSTRUCTED from wiser people like our parents or our heavenly Father is FUNDAMENTAL to achieve knowledge and become wise! Instruction will be like a ornament for our life.
3.Follow the evildoers PATH brings disgrace and DEATH. But who has discerniment will follow the TEACHINGS of the WISE, keeping distance of the evil mindset.
4.Who does not FEAR the Lord, will not LISTEN to the voice of WISDOM. These kind of people will surely find DISTRESS and ANGUISH on your way.
5.Who DESPISES the KNOWLEDGE (from God) will eat the (bad) fruit oh their own ways and choices.
6.However, who LISTENS to the voice of WISDOM will dwell SAFETY, being FREE of FEAR and evil.
The bible says, that BENEFITS OF WISDOM includes:
1.UNDERSTAND the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God ( and that will bring you JOY in your heart)
2. KNOW what is right and just and fair—every good path.
3. BE SAVED from the ways of wicked men, from men whose words are perverse. God will be a SHIELD to you in every situation.
4. RECEIVE from God success, that He keeps for the upright.
5. FOLLOW the path of righteouness and LIVE( a long life) in the land.
6.BE GUIDED away from the path of immoral women, who brings trouble and DEATH.
Wisdom Bestows Well-Being( chapter 3):
If you KEEP the comands in your HEART, that will give you PEACE and also will prolong your days.
Walk in love and faithfulness will brings to you FAVOR and a good name before the Lord and people.
TRUST and SUBMIT to the Lord will LEAD you through a STRAIGHT path.
BE HUMBLE and fear the Lord, that will brings to you HEALTH to YOUR BODY and MIND.
You need to HONOR the Lord with the BEST you have, with the FIRSTFRUITS of all your crops.
The wise ACEPT with a GOOD ATTITUDE the Lord’s discipline, because He only disciplines His sons and daughters, whose He LOVES!
When you KEEP wisdom and understanding at your sight, you preserve sound judgment and discretion; they will be life for you, an ornament to grace your neck!
The PRACTICE of GENEROSITY follows the wise, who does not denie help for the needy.
Who SEEKS wisdom will never ENVY the violent or chose their ways.
The Lord mocks proud mockers, but SHOWS FAVOR to the HUMBLE and OPRESSED.
The WISE inherit HONOR!
Through out these chapters of proverbs we can see that those who SEEK GOD will live by a different MINDSET, not by the rules and values of this world. Be WISE takes time and discipline, it’s a task for the BRAVES!
Who wants to be wise need to be PATIENT and HUMBLE, to listen more and think before act.
Its not the easier path but, it’s definetely, the PATH OF LIFE and, it will bring to you JOY and FREEDOM.
Who WALKS with the Lord will always have HOPE and PROTECTION from above!

OS BENEFÍCIOS DA SABEDORIA!
O que podemos aprender com as palavras de sabedoria do rei Salomão, em Provérbios (1-3)!
“O temor do SENHOR é o princípio do conhecimento; mas os tolos desprezam a sabedoria e a instrução.” Prov 1:7
O OBJETIVO na leitura deste livro da Bíblia é:
“2 ganhar sabedoria e instrução;
para entender palavras de discernimento;
3 receber instruções sobre comportamento prudente,
fazendo o que é certo, justo e justo;
4 dar prudência aos que são simples, [a]
conhecimento e discrição para os jovens –
5 ouçam os sábios e aumentem sua aprendizagem,
e deixe o discernimento obter orientação – “Pv 1: 2-5
Os primeiros três capítulos nos dão uma ideia clara do que significa andar com sabedoria e por que devemos fazê-lo!
Antes de tudo, precisamos entender que, sem o TEMOR do SENHOR não há sabedoria ou conhecimento verdadeiro! Precisamos conhecê-lo e buscar sua Presença.
- SER INSTRUÍDO por pessoas mais sábias, como nossos pais ou nosso Pai celestial é FUNDAMENTAL para obter conhecimento e tornar-se sábio! A instrução será como um ornamento para a nossa vida.
- Seguir o caminho dos MALFEITORES traz desgraça e MORTE. Mas quem tem discernimento seguirá os ensinamentos dos sábios, mantendo distância da mentalidade MALDOSA.
- Quem não teme ao Senhor, não escuta a voz da SABEDORIA. Esse tipo de pessoa certamente encontrará angústia e stress no seu caminho.
- QUEM DESPREZA O CONHECIMENTO (de Deus) comerá os (maus) frutos dos seus próprios caminhos e escolhas.
- No entanto, quem ouve a voz da SABEDORIA habitará em SEGURANÇA, livre do medo e do mal.
A Bíblia diz que os BENEFÍCIOS DA SABEDORIA incluem:
- ENTENDER o temor do Senhor e encontrar o conhecimento de Deus (e isso lhe trará ALEGRIA em seu coração)
- SABER o que é certo, justo e justo – todo bom caminho.
- SALVAR-SE dos caminhos dos homens maus, dos homens cujas palavras são perversas. Deus será um escudo para você em todas as situações.
- RECEBER de Deus,o SUCESSO que Ele guarda para os que andam em retidão.
- SEGUIR o caminho da justiça e viver (uma vida longa) na terra.
- SER GUIADO para longe do caminho da IMORALIDADE , que só traz ENGANO e MORTE.
A sabedoria confere bem-estar (capítulo 3):
1.Se você MANTIVER esses ensinamentos em seu CORAÇÃO, isso lhe dará PAZ e prolongará seus dias.
2.Andar em AMOR e FIDELIDADE trará a você FAVOR e um bom nome diante do Senhor e do povo.
3.CONFIAR e SE SUBMETER ao Senhor o conduzirá por um caminho de RETIDÃO.
4. SER humilde e temer ao Senhor, lhe trará SAÚDE ao seu CORPO E MENTE.
5. A SABEDORIA nos leva a honrar o Senhor com o melhor que tivermos, com os PRIMEIROS FRUTOS de todas as colheitas.
6.O sábio ACEITA com uma BOA ATITUDE a disciplina do Senhor, porque Ele disciplina seus filhos e filhas, a quem ama!
7.Quando você mantém sabedoria e entendimento à sua vista, preserva um bom julgamento e discrição; eles serão vida para você, um ornamento para enfeitar seu pescoço!
8.A PRÁTICA DA GENEROSIDADE segue o sábio, que não nega ajuda aos necessitados.
9.Quem busca sabedoria nunca inveja os violentos ou escolhe seus caminhos.
10. O Senhor zomba de zombadores orgulhosos, mas mostra FAVOR ao humilde e ao oprimido.
11. Os Sábios herdam a HONRA!
Ao longo desses capítulos de provérbios, podemos ver que aqueles que PROCURAM DEUS viverão de uma forma diferente, não pelas regras e valores deste mundo.
Ser SÁBIO leva tempo e disciplina, é uma tarefa para os CORAJOSOS!
Quem quer ser sábio precisa ser PACIENTE e humilde, para ouvir mais e pensar antes de agir.
Não é o caminho mais FÁCIL, mas é ,definitivamente, o CAMINHO DA VIDA e trará alegria e liberdade.
Quem anda com o Senhor sempre terá ESPERANÇA e PROTEÇÃO do alto!
