Its has been a while, that I am aware of persecuted church dangerous reality and, today I want to share it here with you!

Two years ago I started to follow the news and pray for the nations where being a Christian its a life risk.

I do this, first, because this cause really touchs me, but also because this remind me how blessed I am to live in a country where I can share my faith with others, freely!

Today my grandpa brought me the monthly magazine of Open Doors Ministry!

This amazing ministry was born with brother Andre, a brave man who started to work for the kingdom helping christians, in comunists countries, to get bibles!

Now this ministry is all over the world, acting in many nations, helping christians to share the gospel, with boldness and authority ! But also to have a decente life, despite of war and poverty in their countries.

Reading this magazine, I was confronted with the desperate reality of north coreans christians, whom face a hard goverment persecution!

Therefore, I want to share here a piece of this report, brought by Open Doors :

“What comes to your mind when you hear North Korea? Perhaps you remember a closed country or think of the communist dictatorship where Kim Joung-un’s control prevails. More than 40,000 kim family statues scattered throughout the country are to be worshiped.

In the context of the church, it is the most hostile nation to Christians. For nearly 20 years, it has been ranked number one on the World Chase List.

As I write, I think of the situation of more than 50,000 Christians, trapped in forced labor camps in the country. Their crime is to have their faith in Jesus discovered. They are considered the number one enemies of the goverment and its regime, although Christianity has a long tradition in the country. Before World War II, there are reports that there were more Christians in what is now North Korea than in South Korea.

Open Doors estimates that there are more than 300,000 brothers in secret and underground churches and the government can not control them.

They practice radical love for each other and for a greater king, Jesus. They will not easily follow the regime and its lies. Often the alternative is to get away.”

This is just a glance of christians real picture living in North Korea, but it is enough to realize what Jesus said its being fulfilled:

“ Then people will hand you over to tribulation  and will kill you,l and you will be hated by all the nations on account of my name.” (Mathew  24 :9).

May this reality make us more aware of our responsability as christians, cause its a comand that we must share the gospel with everyone!

People out there is living in drastic conditions, or even dying, for the truth of the Gospel.

When you are feeling overcome by struggles, remenber of those christians in persecuted countries, pray for them and thank God cause you dont need to, literally, give your life because you are a believer.

I dont want to bring a burden over you with those words, is quite the opposite!

I want to bring you hope, to keep going in any situation you are struggling with, always remenbering that you are blessed and that God helps his people to face any situation we have to, for the love His kingdom.

He is with us in times of trouble and also rejoicing with us in times of hapiness. Just believe in Him and be strong!

“Igreja perseguida: vivendo em nações onde sua fé pode custar a sua vida!”

Já faz um tempo que estou ciente da difícil realidade da igreja perseguida e hoje  eu quero compartilhar um pouco desse assunto com vocês!

Eu comecei a acompanhar as notícias e a orar, pelas nações onde ser cristão é um risco para a vida, porque essa causa realmente me toca, mas também porque isso me lembra como eu sou abençoada por viver em um país onde posso compartilhar minha fé com os outros livremente!

Hoje meu avô me trouxe a revista mensal do ministério Portas Abertas! (Se você quiser mais informações sobre eles ou receber a revista acesse https://www.portasabertas.org.br/)

 Esse incrível ministério nasceu com o irmão André, um homem corajoso que começou a trabalhar para o Reino ajudando os cristãos, em países comunistas, a obter bíblias!

Hoje, o Portas Abertas está em todo o mundo, atuando em muitas nações, ajudando os cristãos a compartilhar o evangelho com ousadia e autoridade e também a ter uma vida mais digna, apesar da guerra e da pobreza em seu país.

Ao ler esta revista, encontrei a realidade desesperada dos cristãos norte coreanos e quero compartilhar aqui um trecho deste relatório trazido pelo Portas Abertas:

“O que vem à sua mente quando você ouve Coreia do Norte? Talvez você se lembre de um país fechado ou pense na ditadura comunista onde o controle de Kim Joung-un prevalece. Mais de 40.000 estátuas da família Kim espalhadas pelo país devem ser adoradas.

No contexto da igreja, é a nação mais hostil para os cristãos. Há quase 20 anos, ocupa a primeira posição na Lista Mundial de Perseguição. Enquanto escrevo, penso na situação de mais de 50 mil cristãos presos em campos de trabalho forçado no país. O crime deles foi ter sua fé em Jesus descoberta. Eles são considerados os inimigos número um do governo e seu regime, embora o cristianismo tenha uma longa tradição no país. Antes da Segunda Guerra Mundial, há relatos de que havia mais cristãos no que hoje é a Coréia do Norte do que na Coréia do Sul.

O Portas Abertas estima que há mais de 300.000 irmãos em igrejas secretas e subterrâneas, e o governo não consegue controlá-los. Eles praticam um amor radical ao próximo e por um rei maior, Jesus. Não vão seguir facilmente o regime e suas mentiras. Muitas vezes a alternativa é fugir. “

Este é apenas um breve relato da realidade de cristãos que vivem na Coréia do Norte, mas é o suficiente para perceber que o que Jesus disse está se cumprindo: “Então vocês serão presos, perseguidos e mortos. Por minha causa serão odiados em todo o mundo” (Mateus 24: 9).

Que essa realidade nos torne mais conscientes de nossa responsabilidade como cristãos, porque é um comando que devemos compartilhar o evangelho com todos! As pessoas lá fora estão vivendo em condições drásticas ou, em muitos casos, morrendo pela verdade da Palavra.

Quando você estiver se sentindo sobrecarregado pelas lutas, lembre-se dos cristãos em países perseguidos, ore por eles e agradeça a Deus porque você não precisa, literalmente, dar a sua vida por causa do Evangelho.

Eu não quero trazer um fardo sobre você com essas palavras, é o oposto! Eu quero lhe trazer esperança para continuar em qualquer situação com a qual você esteja lutando, sempre lembrando que você é abençoado e que Deus te ajuda a enfrentar qualquer situação que seja, pelo amor de Seu reino.

Ele está conosco em tempos difíceis e também se alegra conosco em tempos de felicidade. Apenas creia e seja forte!
