“Ele escolheu as mais loucas, pra confundir as mais sábias…”

Acabei de assistir a um documentário incrível no Netflix intitulado “Gênesis é história?” e eu estou fascinada com tudo que descobri assistindo isso!

Antes de mais nada tenho que dizer que sempre acreditei que a versão de criação através do Gênesis estava, de alguma forma, ligada à teoria da evolução, como se houvesse pontos comuns que se entrelaçavam e que um dia  fariam sentido,considerando questões das duas versões. Sim, é uma ideia maluca, porque a bíblia diz: “Porque a sabedoria deste mundo é loucura aos olhos de Deus.  Ele apanha os sábios na sua astúcia”  CORÍNTIOS 3:19) e
“Mas Deus escolheu as coisas loucas deste mundo para confundir os sábios, e Deus escolheu as coisas fracas deste mundo para confundir os fortes” (1 Coríntios 1:27).

Deus nunca quis ser explicado pela racionalidade deste mundo e o mesmo vale para Sua criação. Assim sendo, teoria da evolução sempre negou a Deus como o criador do mundo.

Mas apesar disso, podemos contar com uma teoria criacionista atual, baseada em dados científicos que explicam o mundo pela visão bíblica, e que ainda é negada pelo paradigma científico vigente.

Meu ponto é: podemos decidir em que escolhemos acreditar, porque Deus quer que sejamos livres para escolher: Sua Verdade ou a “verdade do mundo” baseada em paradigmas criados, que sempre negaram o poder de um Criador. Nós só podemos acreditar em Deus pela fé e foi Ele quem decidiu isso. O caminho para alcançar a verdade  nunca será pela lógica deste mundo.

Mas, por outro lado, Deus não quer filhos e filhas que mantenham uma fé cega e burra. Ele espera de nós uma adoração racional, como Paulo disse em Romanos 12:1 .Mas alguns de nós ainda escolhe seguir a Deus baseado em emoções, e elas mudam o tempo todo.

Precisamos entender quem é Deus, por que Ele fez as coisas como ele fez e qual é o Seu propósito para nós!

Vamos abandonar a “fé ignorante”, onde não sabemos explicar por que acreditamos no que acreditamos. Deus nos quer como discípulos pensantes, não zumbis que apenas dizem “amém” pra tudo sem pensar e questionar se faz sentido.

Podemos ser racionais sem concordar com a racionalidade deste mundo. Deus tem sua própria razão para fazer tudo como Ele faz, e nós precisamos apenas procurar entender por que, e às vezes, também  aceitar algumas coisas que não podemos explicar. Isso faz parte da vida com Ele e não quer dizer que não devemos buscar respostas,mas sim que ás vezes Ele exige obediência sem dar explicações.

Mas voltando ao assunto: o documentário que assisti hoje mostra claramente que aceitamos algumas coisas como a verdade, apenas porque a maioria dos cientistas decidiu apoiar a teoria da evolução como a única teoria aceitável. Essa visão é baseada em uma explicação que diz que o mundo tem bilhões de anos , quando na verdade já existem milhares de cientistas que argumentam que o mundo não é tão antigo assim (na verdade, teria apenas 6 ou 7 mil anos) e que a leitura do tempo baseada no carbono não é precisa como dizem, quando comparada a outros métodos.

Do ponto de vista criacionista, a inundação da Terra( Dilúvio), como a bíblia diz, faz muito mais sentido do que a ideia de bilhões de anos para alcançar a evolução.
Eu não conseguiria explicar toda a concepção aqui, até porque eu não sou cientista e não consigo entender todo o estudo, mas a questão é: Deus nos dá uma explicação para entender o mundo, mas o mundo nos dá uma visão oposta a tudo que se refere a Deus, e sempre será assim. O que vamos escolher acreditar?

Jesus diz: “Eu sou o caminho, a verdade e a vida. Ninguém vem ao Pai senão por mim”.

O mundo diz “a verdade é relativa, escolha o que melhor se adéqua a você, tudo é aceitável porque é baseado em suas experiências e perspectivas”.

Este é o senso comum e é mais confortável, certo? estamos vivendo em uma cultura que reforça a individualidade e a diversidade, onde precisamos respeitar a liberdade de cada um,e que devemos aceitar a diferença, sem questionar. Por outro lado, Deus diz que “existe apenas UMA VERDADE E UM CAMINHO” e que nós precisamos  negar a nós mesmos e segui-lo porque existe um plano original para nós. É o OPOSTO do paradigma mundial.

Eu estou provavelmente perdendo a linha de pensamento aqui, mas o que eu quero dizer  com todos esses pontos é o seguinte: uma vida com Deus precisa ser escolhida, apesar de tudo que acontece no mundo, porque a cultura do céu sempre seguirá contra a cultura do mundo e suas crenças. Mas não é uma escolha cega, precisamos saber por que estamos escolhendo isso. Precisamos saber quem é Deus, porque se não O conhecermos,não conhecemos Sua bondade. Logo, tudo o que o mundo diz pode ter mais “sentido” que a palavra que Deus diz sobre nós.

Podemos escolher que tipo de crenças queremos alimentar, mas precisamos ter em mente que a sabedoria deste mundo é loucura para Deus e Ele usa as coisas mais loucas para completar Seus planos para este mundo.

E então, que caminho iremos trilhar ?!

I just watched a amazing documentary on Netflix entitled  “Is Genesis history?” and I am overhelmed about everything I discovered watching this!

First of all I have to say I always believed that the version of creationism through Genesis was, somehow, conected with the Evolution theory, as if there were common points that intertwined and that one day everything would make sense, based in some points of the two versions. Yeah, is a crazy idea, because the bible says “For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in the sight of God. For it is written, He catched  the wise in their craftiness” (1 corinthians 3:19) and  “But God chose the foolish things of this world to confound the wise; and God chose the weak things of this world to confound the strong.(1 Corinthians 1:27.)

God never wanted to be explained by the rationality of this world and neither His criation. The theory of evolution always denied God as the creator of the world.Despite of that, we can see a creationist theory , based in cientific data that explain the world by genesis view, usually denied by the world´s paradigma and most of cientists.

My point is: We can decide in what we chose to believe, because God wants us to be free to chose: His Truth or the “truth of the world” based in created paradigmas that always denied the power of a Creator. We only can believe in God by faith and He decided this, as the way to achieve the truth, not by the logic of this world.

But, on the other hand, God does not want sons and daughters who keep a blind and dumb faith. He expects from us a rational worship, as Paul said in Romans 12:1.

We can´t chose to follow God based in our emotions, cause it changes all the time. We need to unsderstand who is God, why He did the things like he did and what is His purpose for us!

I am done of a stupid faith, where people does not know explain why they believe in what they believe. God us to be thinking disciples, not zumbies that only say “amen” to everything without thinking about it and discover if that make sense.

We can be rational without agree with the rationality of this world, cause God has his own reason to do everything he does and did and we just need to inderstand why and sometimes acept somethings we can´t understand, it´s part of life.

But getting back to the point: the documentary that I watched today shows clearly that we acepted some theorys as the truth because most of cientists decided to support the theory of evolution as the only aceptable based on the theory that the world has billions of years old when in fact there are already thousands of scientists who argue that the world is not so old (in fact it would have only 6 or 7 thousand years) and that the time reading based on the carbon is not accurate when compared to other methods.

In the creationism point of view the flood of the Earth, like the bible tells, make much more sense than the idea of billion of years to achieve evolution….I can´t explain the whole conception because I am not a cientist and I can´t inderstand the whole study but the thing is: God gives us a explanation to understand the world but the world gives us the opposite view of everything and that denys God. Always will….what we gonna chose to believe?

Jesus says “I’m the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”.

The world says ” the truth is relative, chose what fits you better, everything is aceptable because is based in your experiences and perspective” . This is the comom sense and is more confortable, right? we are living in a culture that reforces individuality and diversity, where we need to respect the freedom of each one cause they can be whatever they wanna be .On the other hand God says  “there is only ONE TRUTH AND WAY” and that we need to denied ourselves and follow him, because He has a original plan for us. Is the OPPOSITE of world´s paradigma and culture.

I am probabily loosing the line of though here but what I wanna say here with all these points is: a life with God need to be chosen, despite of everything that happens in the world, cause the culture of heaven is ALWAYS going against the culture of the world and its beliefs. But is not a blind choice, we need to know why we are chosing this and who is God, cause if we don´t know Him and His goodness, everything that the world says could have more “sense” than the word of God  over us.

We can choose what kind of beliefs we wanna feed, but we need to keep in mind that the wisdom of this world is foolish to God and He use the craziest things to fullfil His plans to this world.

So, wich path we gonna follow?!
